Hello everyone, bit of a different article from me today as I’m not talking about the silly names people give themselves, talking about words or introducing another translated staff interview. Today I’m talking about Magical Stage itself and what lies in the future!
We have a Ko-fi now!
The first thing to talk about is that we have a Ko-fi now! If you love the work that we do on Magical Stage, you can now show your support by giving us a little bit of money to help keep the website ticking.

Our main goal is that we get our server costs covered for the year and if we go over our goal we even upgrade our plan to something where we can store more stuff for the website! Just imagine, even more Magical Stage goodness appearing in your RSS feed! This is the most immediate thing that we need money for at the moment.
We haven’t got any membership tiers or anything like that at the moment, but I think simple is best right now. If you like our stuff, do feel free to drop a few quid!

We now have a page called Our Circle that shows off how big our circle has become over the last couple of years since Magical Stage was started! Since February when we started posting articles again regularly, the circle has grown loads!
Not everyone has written an article on the site but their input behind the scenes has still been super helpful for the site to keep growing! Eventually, you’ll see more of us have an article on here as there’s plenty of article ideas blossoming into fully fledged articles!

We got more social media!
Over the last month, we opened an Instagram account to spread the word of Magical Stage on another social media platform! While I do like BlueSky as our main base of operations, I do think it’s also a pretty good idea to do some outreach on other places as well. If you have an Instagram account do give is a follow on there too, it would really help us out!
I’m also posting links to Magical Stage articles on my Twitter account, though we’re currently not planning to have an official Magical Stage Twitter at this time. Do continue to spread our articles with all of your friends!
The future of Magical Stage!
The future of Magical Stage continues to be bright, our circle continues to grow and the stuff we publish continues to be great stuff that people enjoy reading! We’ve got an exciting collaboration article coming up soon which I’m very excited to see finished eventually and I’m hoping we can collaborate with more folks eventually in the future!
I cannot thank the people who have wanted to help us for this project enough. nui has been translating loads of articles for us at an incredible pace, it’s absolutely shocking! I’m so glad they approached me to have their translations hosted on Magical Stage and I cannot thank them enough for everything they’ve done.
Also, I have to thank Ender for stepping up to the plate and being Magical Stage’s Production Desk, he’s brought on several new folks into the circle and is also a massive ray of sunshine! Arenillas has also been doing stellar work finding new articles and info which has been super useful for our translation! You two are awesome!
Everyone who has joined our circle is an absolute star and I’m so excited to see what amazing ideas and articles they have cooking up!
